1. Returns:
We offer a 7-day return policy from the date of delivery. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 7 days for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as received, with all original packaging and tags intact.
Please Note:
- Dead or damaged claims will not be accepted after the 7-day return period.
- The return shipping cost is the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.
2. Dead or Damaged Items:

We will review your claim and provide further instructions for returning the item or initiating a replacement.
Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account first. Then contact your credit card company or bank, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
